Removing a WHERE clause
This section describes how to remove a
WHEREclause from your export format. Follow the first two steps if you need to remove aWHEREclause in the Reports and Labels modules.

To remove a WHERE clause from your export format:
- Select the Where option.
- Select the Customer file which has the
WHEREclause.Results then displays the
WHEREclause builder windows.- Press END to delete the
WHEREclause.When the
WHEREclause builder windows disappear, so does theWHEREclause in the Data Export Info window. Now when you run the format, you get the full set of data in the current format.- Run this report on your terminal.
The full set of customer status data appears in default Microsoft Word format:

- Return to the Data Export screen and save the current definition under any name you like.
- Select the Clear option. This clears the current definitions from the screen.
